  If you have water damage this is who you want to call. The team is knowledgeable, professional and goes above and beyond. We had a leak from our roof that allowed water to go in between the wall in our bedroom as well as behind the wall of our indoor patio room. About a week after the storm we began to smell mildew. We call our insurance company and they sent someone out. When they came back with the estimate of damage we didn't feel like the inspector had really found all of the areas that were damaged by water. He barely even looked in the room where the smell was. My parents had a flood in their house about a year ago and a different branch of ServPro had come out to help them and I was impressed by the work so naturally I looked for a branch in my area. I called my local number and Jim picked up right away, I explained my concerns and right away I could tell he was very knowledgeable about these issues based on the questions he was asking. He said he was an opening later in the day and could come by and take a look. Jim was on time, professional and very knowledgeable, he started testing the floor and walls for water and right away he said the problem was much worse than the original inspector said. He took a look at the insurance paperwork we had received so he could understand what was already identified and then offered to document the additional damage and email and call our adjuster himself to let him know the specifics of the damage he found. From then on we didn't have to do anything, he talked to insurance to get them all the updated info and photos sent to them, he sent Chris over to cut open the walls, floor and ceiling and set up the blowers to dry the walls. Chris was also very nice and helpful, he covered everything in plastic and cleaned up when he left. If there weren't giant holes in my floor and ceiling from the damage a well as driers you never would have known Chris was there he left it so clean. Jim called us and sent some one over to check on the progress of the driers everyday. Everything was dry by day three sp he sent two more people over to remove everything. They were both very nice and professional as well and offered to leave the plastic so when the contractors come in our items are already protected. We trust Jim so much because of the quality of service we received we decided to go with his recommended contractor as well. We are fairly new home owners having only lived here four years so Jims professionalism, knowledge and step by step guidance really went a long way to help us get through a time that could have been way more stressful. If something like this happens at your house Jim and his team are who you want because above all you can trust that they are working in your best interest and care about your comfort during the process.
